PuruliaTime is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or in any way officially connected with:

  • Government of West Bengal or Ministry of Transport

2. Accuracy of Timetable & Route Information

While we strive to keep all bus schedules, via-stops, and operational intervals up to date:

  • Bus schedules may change at any time due to seasonal timetable revisions, depot adjustments, festive demand (e.g., Durga Puja, Tusu, Chhau festivals), vehicle maintenance, or fuel availability.
  • Transit operations can be interrupted by adverse weather, road widening work, traffic congestion along state/national highways, strikes, or administrative diversions.

3. No Ticket Booking or Financial Transactions

PuruliaTime does NOT sell tickets, process online reservations, collect fares, or issue passenger travel passes.

For government long-distance express services (such as SBSTC AC/non-AC express buses to Kolkata, Malda, or Durgapur), passengers must purchase tickets in person at depot counters or via the official booking portal (sbstconline.co.in). PuruliaTime bears no responsibility for ticket transactions, cancellations, or refund disputes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall PuruliaTime, its founders, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

  • Missed bus departures, missed connecting trains, or delayed journeys
  • Inconvenience, lost luggage, or unexpected route cancellations
  • Fare differences between published estimates and actual ticket counter charges
  • Decisions made based on the information published on this platform

Always confirm critical departure timings directly with the inquiry counter at Purulia Central Bus Stand, Manbazar Stand, Jhalda Stand, or your nearest depot before undertaking journeys for hospital appointments, exams, interviews, or flight/train connections.
